Anyone that knows me knows how much I love green food and how passionate I am advocating eating green. Why? Because greens create an alkaline environment within the body and that means GOOD health. In this dish I steamed fresh kale and green beans. In a separate pan I reduced balsamic vinegar and poured this over the kale and beans. I added freshly chopped green onions, dillĀ , garlic, even an avocado and I added freshly squeezed lemon. This dish is seriously green!
